Gill Breathing, located in Kumoji, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, is a tavern where you can enjoy fresh seafood shipped directly from fishing ports all over Japan every day. In particular, the sashimi platter directly shipped from Toyosu is a dish that offers the full flavor of fish. We also have a large selection of Okinawan local dishes, such as umi budou (sea grapes) and goya chanpuru (bitter melon stir-fry), which are unique to Okinawa.
We also have a variety of private room seating, perfect for those who want to enjoy their meal in a private space. We are also equipped with sunken kotatsu seats and fully private rooms, so you can enjoy your meal with small children or a large group.

The Winter Banquet Course features dishes that make lavish use of seasonal ingredients, such as seasonal cold yellowtail with salt cod roe and ankimo ponzu, assorted sashimi shipped directly from Toyosu, and scallop and corn rice cooked in a kamameshi (rice cooked with scallops and corn).
